Your Blueprint for Fertility Wellness™ starts with making healthy eating choices, sleeping well, and moving more often. The Whole30 dietary program is more than just a diet, it is a formula that contributes to endometriosis remission. Through the removal of harmful foods such as dairy, gluten, sugar, and the like, this painful, inflammatory disease is quieted, thereby inviting a detoxification process from harmful hormones, regulating blood sugar and the digestive tract, in addition to promoting a clean, organic intake. Dr. McGuirk seeks to change certain aspects of her patients’ diet and recommends Whole30 to accomplish this as part of her plan of care.
